Welter Endless Summer has two wheelchair accessible, barrier free master bedroom suites! There are different options to accommodate more people.
There is a Hoyer lift on site at the property for guests to use. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SLING. The lift does NOT have a sling for sanitary reasons.
There is a Pack'n Play and a high chair for children on property available for guest use at no charge.
Welter Endless Summer has been completely rennovated to be barrier free from the street side curb through the house and out to the swimming pool entertainment area.
A game room that includes a pool table, air hockey, PopaShot basket ball, sitting area has been converted from the garage space. It provides a place to relax and unwind in inclement weather.
There are so many places to visit nearby. From a day spa to golf, groceries to gastro pubs. Some guests never get a chance to experience Disney, because of so many other things to do.
The perfect upscale home for our Orlando vacation! Very clean and well maintained with plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun. This is a great vacation home for a family or group of friends. The place is very spacious but also has a homey sense making for a fun vacation. We stayed for a week and had a blast. We came to Orlando to escape the harsh Minneapolis Winter weather. Golf course amenities include driving range, practice green, club house, snack bar, and pro shop. No Resort Fees! Free play on professional tennis courts! Access to play ground area and a large community pool just at the end of North Hampton Drive. One of the many reasons we bought a place in Highlands Reserve was for the sidewalks. Might sound odd to some, but we love to go for walks in either the morning or evening when on holiday and this community offers clean, well manicured properties surrounding lovely golf course views.
